Our Founder

Brad founded Krisis Consultancy after working within the EM industry across a range of agencies inclusive of private industry and public service at a local government, state government, and federal government level, where he gained significant knowledge of the best approach to create capable and resilient organisations.

As part of a continued improvement approach Brad previously gained a Graduate Certificate and then a Masters within Emergency Management, and is currently studying a PhD through Edith Cowan University. His thesis topic is that of a policy review of the existing Australian Emergency Management Arrangements, in considering the potential for enhanced harmonisation across Australian jurisdictions in preparation for an increasingly risk-based future environment.

Brad is also currently providing Research Assistant / Casual Academic services across a number of Australian-based universities to provide subject matter expert support within EM based subjects at AQF's Level 7 to 9, thereby building the next generation of Emergency Managers within Australia.
